The 14th Weurman Flavour Research Symposium

The 14th Weurman Flavour Research Symposium took place at Queens’ College, UK between the 15th and 19th September 2014

Convening every three years, the Weurman Flavour Symposium has become one of the most important international meetings for reporting recent discoveries in flavour sciences, keeping flavour chemistry at the core while addressing the other scientific areas used to study flavour.

The conference was located at Queens’ College, which has been a centre of learning for more than 550 years and boasts a rich, complex and varied history. With its riverside location in the heart of Cambridge, Queens’ College provided a calm, secluded environment in a bustling city.
